Both landlords and tenants complete identity verification. Hosts are verified before listing goes live; tenants are verified before a booking is confirmed.

Simple, transparent commission
We take 10% of one month’s rent per successful placement — no upfront listing fees, no recurring monthly charges, no long-term commitments. We only earn when you secure a tenant.
You remain in control
Movara is a marketplace, not a property manager. You approve all tenants, set your own pricing, retain the tenancy agreement and receive rent directly. We support the process — you keep control.
